Just 1 Life Services is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor to join our growing, fully remote clinical team as a 1099 independent contractor. This role is ideal for licensed clinicians who want flexibility, consistent referrals, and administrative support—without the burden of running a private practice.
Position Overview

You set your own availability and schedule
- Credentialing with our major insurance plans
- Ongoing therapy clients and intake assessments
Scheduling & Availability
- Clinicians set their open availability for scheduling
- Availability is shared with our front desk team

Front desk schedules new and ongoing appointments based on your availability
- You may also create recurring weekly appointments for your established counseling clients
- Flexibility to adjust availability as needed with advance notice
Responsibilities
- Provide individual counseling sessions via telehealth
- Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
- Comply with ethical, legal, and insurance documentation standards
- Coordinate scheduling preferences with the front desk as needed
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Arizona license (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT)
- Eligible and willing to be credentialed with major insurance plans
- Telehealth experience preferred
- Strong documentation and time-management skills
- Reliable internet, private workspace, and computer
